Helsinki-2nd Month, School

What I see on my way to school...
School
Its ahhhhh well set up differently here.  I don't want to say anything to jinx it, but I really like the system.  I generally have to be assertive to gain my professors attention to receive guidance in a course.  Here it seems like the professors are friends.
They allow you to call them by their first name.  They suggest talking about the course work over coffee (although they might also want coffee because, well Finland is apparently addicted to coffee and so they may just always crave it).

Over the past month I finished my Finnish course.   Not saying that it was an awful class...(I will miss you Felix!)... but I am excited to be done :)
I now get tutored in my free time in Swedish!  I can't seem to kick my American accent, but the attempt at speaking the language followed by my exaggerated hand gestures generally does the trick when communicating.

Most of the rest of my classes are papers and projects.  And in the description it says to use "US English."  So, hopefully I can do satisfactory for those courses as well :p
